Our neighborhood had NATIONAL NIGHT OUT which is a community awareness and safety program. They had the Fire Truck, Ambulance, Police Cars, horse etc. for the kids. They had food and a raffle at the park near our house. When John came home we walked over with Cara, Simon and crew and met Alexia there. Here are some pictures.
Ella rode her bike and on the way home spotted a frog on the road. We couldn't possibly pass the opportunity up to have another pet, so she picked it up (like a pro - very proud) and squeezed it all the way home. John got out the bug box which already had her "BUTTERFLY" actually it was a moth but a cute moth, white with black spots in the box. As she was putting her frog in I was upstairs getting baths ready thinking, Oh no I bet that frog will eat her moth, and well the thought had hardly crossed my mind when there were TEARS, TEARS and MORE TEARS. "Mommy my butterfly is gone." So now we just have a nice frog who is sleeping soundly in Ellas bug box on her dresser with a full belly.

Nobody leaves comments anymore??? A little birdy told me that Lynnette enjoys getting comments. She knows that lots of people read the blog but has mentioned that nobody likes to comment anymore...
